Include Job Chain in subject of warning/error mails from order jobs

If an order title is set the title is shown in the mail subject. So far, if no title is set, only the job name is shown. If the job is used in multiple job chains, then the subject doesn't tell very much.
It's better to include at least the job chain name in the subject if no order title is available.
