JOC cannot display a missing schedule

The answer of show_job and a show_order commands should always contain the schedule in a requisite element.
In the case that the schedule doesn't exist then the requisite element has the attribut is_missing="yes".
Now only a show_job has the schedule-requsite when the schedule exist.
