Lock object for other user while editing

Feature

• JOE should lock indivdual object, e.g. jobs, orders, when editing such objects from a common source.
  • a common share
  • an FTP/SFTP connected location

Maintainer Notes

• We tend to dismiss this feature due to the focus on object level locking.
• Instead, with JOE-51 there is a viable alternative available for folder level locking.
