JOE removes a job configuration when removing a command item before

Current Situation

• Open Joe
• Create a job
• In the Commands section add a command on exit code
• add order
• save the configuration
• remove the add order command
• save

Now a message that the job can not be removed is shown. When reloading the folder, the configuration is gone.

Desired Behaviour

It should be possible to remove a command on exit code without removing the job.
