JOE should show other Lables when editing FTP Profiles

Current Situation

Editor for FTP/SFTP Profiles should have a tab for ftp and one for sftp. The tab ssh should be renamed do sftp

1) In profiles wizard :

• Remove the User and password field in Properties panel
• Add a user field in SSH
• Add a new 'FTP' tab with a user and password field

2) use only the "SFTP" word and not "SSH"

3) The Open With FTP / Open hotdirectory with FTP changes

• rename the " FTP" menu entry and the command bar icon tooltip to "FTP/SFTP"
• Rename the "open hotdir with FTP" -> "Open directory"
• Rename the "open with FTP" -> "Open single file""
• Rename the "save with FTP" -> "Save"
