It should be possible to configure a run time in JOE which has only a begin and an end (without a repeat interval)

Current situation
If you configure a run time in JOE then a period has either a single start or a repeat intervall It is not possible to configure a period which has only a begin and/or an end. This can be useful for order jobs.

Desired Behavior
A period only with begin and end without a repeat interval should be configurable on a run time in JOE. This affects run time definitions in schedules, orders and jobs.
