JOE should remove exclusively fully qualified parameter files

Current Situation

• Use with job definitions
  • Assign an first parameter file from a different folder, e.g. live_dir="/global/oracle.params.xml"
  • Assign a second parameter file with a wrong file name, e.g. live_dir="/global". In this case the file name is missing
  • Remove the second parameter file with the corresponding operation in JOE
  • As a result the first and the second parameter file entries are removed from the job definition
  • The first parameter file should not have been removed. It is still visible in the JOE interface but is not added to the job defintion.

Desired Behavior

• JOE should remove only the respective entry for the parameter file that is highlighted in the GUI.
