JOE should not open the folder for temporary files of FTP profiles on next start

Current Situation

• When using an FTP profile with JOE and restarting JOE then the editor will display the folder for temporary files.
• This is most confusing as no files in this folder should be modified by users. Having applied changes to the this folder then the changes are lost and are not synchronized to the location specified by the FTP profile

Desired Behavior

• For FTP profiles JOE should not open the folder for temporary files on restart.
