About dialogue in JOE displays usefull and up-to-date information

• JOE does not show "MainListener.aboutText". There is probably a i18n text for this
• JOE shows the correct version number, not 1.3.12
• Instead of the link to zschimmer.com it should display a link to http://www.sos-berlin.com/doc/en/scheduler.doc/konfiguration.xml, or only the schema version
