When changing a job documentation the save button remains disabled

Description
When changing a job documentation file, the save button remains disabled. It ist not possible to save the file using the save button from the tool bar. When minimizing and then maximizing the Joe Editor Window, the save button becomes enabled.

When changing anything in a job documentation file the save button should be enabled.
