It should be possible to remove a job from a job chain

Current Situation
When trying to delete a job from a job chain by use of the context menu then an exception occurs and JOE terminates immediately after pressing the ok button.

Desired Behavior
Removing a job from a job chain should have no effect on the current instance of JOE.
