The "new" command from the context menu should work and not throw an exception

An exception is raised when trying to add a new object using the context menu for orders.

This happen in case of job chains, schedules, locks and jobs when no jobs or job chains are in the tree view.
For orders an exception is raised, even in case that there are orders visible in the tree view.
