Add Deploy button to edit window in Configuration view

Current Situation

• Deployment of all modified job related objects is available from a "Deploy" button in the edit window of the Configuration view. The user has to check and to select which objects should be deployed.
• Frequently exclusively the currently modified object should be deployed, e.g.. a job. This operation is available from the job's context menu, however, this is not evident to many users.

Desired Behavior

• The edit window for job related object should offer a separate "Deploy Object" button for the currently selected object.
• The button should be located right to the existing "Deploy" button and should be active/inactive if an object is selected/not selected.
