Job Streams Audit Log sub-view should display complete list of entries

Current Situation

• A job stream starter is modified, e.g. by adjusting it's run-time settings.
• This modification is visible from the Audit Log view, see screen_02.png
• The same modification is not visible from the Audit Log sub-view in the Job Streams view, see screen_01.png

Desired Behavior

• The Audit Log sub-view of the Job Streams view should display the same entries as the Audit Log view for a given job stream and any starters.
