Current Situation
It is possible to start a job for a job stream instance. But it is not possible to start a job for a job stream instance with parameters.
Desired Behavior
It should be possible to start a job with parameters for a job stream instance. The menu items should be
- Start Task now for Job Stream Instance
- Start Task parameterized for Job Stream Instance
