It should be possible to delete a Job Stream Starter from the context menu for Starters

Current Situation

If a job stream has more than one starter it is possible to delete a starter. To achieve this the Edit Job Stream function must be invoked. There is the list of starters. Each entry has a delete icon "x" to remove the starter from the list.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to to delete a starter

• from the starters context menu with a menu item
  • Starter context menu on the graphical view
  • Starter should have a the same context menue in the tab "Job Streams"

The menu item is disabled if there is only one starter defined for the job stream.

The delete action must be confirmed.
