Editing Job Streams and manually starting Job Streams or jobs for job stream instances should add an audit log entry

Current Situation

When starting a job stream starter or a job for a job stream instance manually no entry is added to the audit log.
When editing a job stream or a job stream starter no entry is added to the audit log

Desired Behavior

When starting a job stream starter or a job for a job stream instance manually there should be an entry in the audit log for each job started.
When editing a job stream starter or a job strean there should be an entry in the audit log.
