Add enqueued tasks in the "Jobs Overview" widget and view

Desired Behaviour

• The "Jobs Overview" widget in the dashboard is added the number of "Enqueued Tasks".
• The existing label "Tasks" will be relabelled to "Running Tasks".
• The number is a link to the "Jobs Overview" view where
  • the list of enqueued tasks is displayed on the right side
  • and the number of enqueued tasks is added to the left side
  • The number is not considered in the pie chart
  • This list contains the columns (similar to the Task Queue tab with each Job)
    • Action (with delete function)
    • Job Name
    • Path
    • Task ID
    • Enqueued
    • Planned Start
