JOC Cockpit should support single sign on with OAuth2

Current Situation

• JOC Cockpit requires credentials for login.
• Each login operation requires to specify credentials.

Desired Behavior

• JOC Cockpit can be configured to integrate witn an OAuth2 server login in user without specifying credentials.
• The integration is performed with Shiro and OAuth2, see links.

Maintainer Notes

• Branch 1.x of JobScheduler makes use of the Shiro authentication layer.
• Shiro is considered deprecated due to a standstill in feature development and delayed resolution of vulnerabilities in Shiro.
