Job Streams should work if JOC Cockpit and Master are running with different databases

Current Situation

JOC Cockpit and JobScheduler Master runs with different databases.
When now editing job streams with JOC the job stream plugin does not know them.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to run job streams with different databases for the JobScheduler master and JOC Cockpit

Note

This works as expected. Please keep in mind that the databases must be configured correcty in the JobScheduler master and in JOC Cockpit. Please note that when installing JobScheduler Master at first the database for JobScheduler and then the reporting database are configured. When installing JOC Cockpit at first the Reporting database and then the JobScheduler Master database will be configured.
