The copyparams option in the job Commands does not add parameters

Current Situation

• The Job includes a Commands option by which any task or job can be started with respect to exit code of the job. This includes the option for the Parameters in which the parameters can be passed from order or tasks.
• If the option from order or from task are used it does add the parameters to the order/job.

Desired behavior

• If the option from order or from task are used it should add the parameters to the order/job added/started using the Commands.
