JOC Cockpit XML Editor - "New" configuration functionality is broken for YADE and NOTIFICATION

Current Situation

• when no configuration found in the database and in the live folder the user have two options to create a YADE or NOTIFICATION configuration:
  • New button
    • by clicking on this button a new configuration should be created
    • This functionality is broken - nothing happens and the respective configuration is not created
  • Import button
    • by clicking on this button a existing configuration will be imported in the database
• when a configuration found in the database or in the live folder:
  • New button
    • by clicking on this button the existing draft configuration should be overriden by a new configuration
    • This functionality is broken - Joc Cockpit displays the loading circle and not create the new configuration

Desired Behaviour

• The New functionality should work as expected

Workaround

• Use Import function for YADE( yade_new_configuration.xml ) or NOTIFICATION ( notification_new_configuration.xml ) instead of New button
