Jobs running longer than 24 hours should display the execution time in hours and minutes

Current situation: 
When the Job runs more than 24 hr then the hour part is missing from the duration column of task history in the Jobs view.

Desired behavior:
When Job runs more than 24 hours Job history should display whole runtime [hh:mm:ss] in the duration column of task history.
