Jobs in Job Streams view should display a timeslot setting

Current Situation

• The Job Streams view displays the next start time of a job if a run-time with a start time is assigned.
• if a job in a Job Stream is assigned a run-time that includes a time slot by a calendar assignment instead of a start time then this setting is not visible in the graph.

Desired Behavior

• Jobs that have a calendar assignment should display the next period with the Job Streams view. If the next period is today then nothing is to be shown.
