The "state_text" for jobs and orders should be visible with the GUI

Current Situation

• The "state_text" for jobs and orders is missing in the GUI.
• This information is vital for a number of jobs, e.g. the split & sync jobs that tell the user what a sync job is waiting for.
• The "state text" is available from the volatile /order API and /job API.

Desired Behavior

• The "state_text" for jobs and orders is visible with the GUI.
