The Configuration view in JOC Cockpit should remember its state with the editor

Current situation

• When leaving the configuration view in JOC Cockpit e.g. switching into the job chain view and then return to the configuration view the state is remembered but the editor menu is not opened.
• Sometimes Multiple objects are selected in the JOC Cockpit configuration tab.

Desired behavior

• When leaving the configuration view and switching back the state should be remembered with the editor menu opened.
• A single object should be shown as selected
