The JobStreams tab hangs when the folder containing the Job Streams is renamed

Current Situation

• The entries of the JobStreams are deleted from the database when we rename or when we remove the Job Streams.
• But if the folder is renamed then the entries for the Job Streams still exist in the database.
• Which causes the Job Streams tab to hang when we create a JobStream with the same name or when we rename the folder to the old name and create the Job Stream.

Desired Behavior

• The Job Streams tab should not hang when there are entries that are no longer valid.
