The Order Id should not be mandatory in the Node Add Order View

Current Situation

In the node add order view it is not possible to add an order depending on the return code without order id as the apply button only becomes active when all fields do have a value.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to define an order in the node add order view without specifying the order id.
