JOC Cockpit XML Editor - Performance

Current Situation

• The functionality to manage YADE and System Monitor configuration files is directly available from JOC Cockpit that forwards the configuration to the respective JobScheduler Master.
• The configuration load process is too slow - e.g. loading a YADE configuration with 10 profiles takes about 1 minute.

Desired Behavior

• The load performance should be optimized. The tree items should be populated immediately after a given configuration was selected.
