Description

Current Situation

The deployment api sends only messages for objects where the deployment was skipped because of missing folder permissions.

Desired Behavior

The deployment api should send messages for all objects where the deployment was skipped. The reasons are

missing object permissions
missing folder permissions
wrong ownership
incomplete configuration
