The texts of sub-navigation tabs are getting invisible in dark theme

Current Situation

• The texts of sub-navigation tabs in Resources, History, and Configuration views are getting invisible during hover on it in dark theme.

Desired Behavior

• The texts of sub-navigation tabs in Resources, History and Configuration views should be visible during hover on it in dark theme.
