The Configuration view in JOC Cockpit throws error on browsing Locks or Pre/Post-Processing

Current Situation

• To assign a Lock or Pre/Post-Processor to a job we have an option "Browse Form Other Directory". If there is no Lock or Pre/Post-Processing in the /live directory of the Master then the JOC Cockpit throws the error DBInvalidDataException: could not extract ResultSet: 1064 (conn=12025) You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '))' at line 1

How to reproduce

• Login to the JOC Cockpit, switch to the Configurations tab.
• Create any job. Assign a Lock to the job.
• To assign a lock using the "Browse from Other Directory" option. Make sure that no Lock exists in the Live directory of Master.
• The JOC Cockpit throws an error.

Desired Behavior

• Even if there is no Lock or Pre/Post - Processing in the masters live directory (HOT folder) JOC COckpit should not throw any error.
