Creating a new job chain does not show an empty job chain

Current Situation

When creating a new job chain and another job chain has been opened before the new job chain contains the node from the last opened job chain.

When no other job chain has been opened before the graphical view of the new job chain does not show any job to drag and drop.

Desired Behavior

When creating a new job chain, the list of nodes always should be empty. The list of jobs in the graphical view should show the jobs of the current folder.
