Unable to browse the Jobs and Job Chains in the Expression Editor's pop-up window in Job Streams view

Current Situation

• The Jobs and Job Chains are unable to get browsed in the Expression Editor of any job's In/Out Condition.

How To Reproduce

• Login to JOC Cockpit and switch to the Job Streams tab and select any folder.
• Click on the action menu of any job in any job stream and select the Edit Conditions option.
• Then open Expression Editor of In/Out condition.
• Then expand the job or jobChain and select an option from the list.
• Now, click on the browse button and select any job or jobChain.
• You will find that the job or jobChain you have just selected is not visible into the Expression Editor (as shown in the attached screenshots).

Desired Behavior

• The Jobs and Job Chains should get browsed in the Expression Editor of any job's In/Out Condition.
