The Job Streams view in the JOC Cockpit becomes unresponsive after decreasing the window size

Current Situation

• The icons and buttons are getting overlapped and the view of Job Streams tab gets unresponsive if shorten the size of the window.

How To Reproduce

• Login to JOC Cockpit and Switch to JOB STREAMS view.
• Shorten the size of the JOC Window.
• You will find the unresponsive Job Streams view and overlapped buttons and icons (as shown in the attached screenshot JOC-767-unresponsive-jobstreams-tab.png ).

Desired Behavior

• The icons and buttons should not being overlapped and the view of Job Streams tab should be responsive if shorten the size of the window.
