The configuration view in JOC Cockpit should remember its state

Current Situation

When leaving the configuration view in JOC Cockpit e.g. switching into the job chain view and then return to the configuration view the state is not remembered.

Desired Behavior

When leaving the configuration view in JOC Cockpit e.g. switching into the job chain view and then return to the configuration view the state should be remembered. This concerns the status of the tree (expanded nodes etc.) and the last selected object in the right panel.
