Buttons in the job chain configuration view

Current Situation

To edit the job chain nodes or orders it it neccessary to expand the node of the job chain to have access to the menue items "Step/Nodes" and orders"

Desired Behavior

• The job chain configuration view should have a button "Steps/Nodes" that have the same functionallity as the entry in the tree.
• The job chain configuration view should have a button "Orders" that have the same functionallity as the entry in the tree.
