The "Job Scheduler Masters" dialog in the Manage Account view should initially show the first level in the tree

Current Situation

The Job Scheduler Masters dialog shows a tree with JobScheduler masters. When entering the view the tree is shown completly collapsed.

Desired Behavior

When entering the Job Scheduler Masters view the tree with the JobScheduler masters should be shown with the first level open.
