The "Assign Calendar" dialog in the Set-Run-Time view should initially show the first level in the tree

Current Situation

The Set Run-Time dialoag provides the option to assign a calendar. For this a tree is shown to select the wanted calendar. When entering the view the tree is shown completly collapsed.

Desired Behavior

When entering the Select Calendar view the tree with the calendars should be shown with the first level open.
