The popover window about the JobScheduler Master information displays even after switching the tabs.

Current Situation
The popover about the JobScheduler information on the JOC Cockpit dashboard should not be displayed after switching the tabs.

How to reproduce

• Logn to the JOC Cockpit.
• On the Dashboard, Master Cluster Status use the action menu of any master and perform any action. For eg: Terminate the master.
• While the JOC Cockpit gets refreshed and at this time if the popover for JobScheduler information is displayed then this popover sticks to the window even after switching the tabs.
• The reload of the page removes the pop-up of JobScheduler information.

Desired Behavior

• The popover should not be displayed after switching the tabs.
