JOC Cockpit application directories are enabled and can be accessible from browser

Current Situation

• Directories of JOC Cockpit are visible and accessible from the browser.
• Directories can be download and modified from browser.

How to Reproduce

• Open the URL of JOC Cockpit in your browser with the port number on which it is running.
• Then enter the bower components in the URL after the port number to see the directories like below:
  Example: [http://localhost:4492/joc/bower_components/
• In this way, the directories are visible and accessible.

Desired Situation

• Directories of JOC Cockpit should not be accessible from the browser. 
• Directories should be restricted or disabled.
