      Improvement

      • Improved detail information is provided for database exception messages with JOC-699.
      • The JOC Cockpit Dashboard View should display exception messages for database connections as provided by JOC-699 with the block "Master Cluster Status".
      • The exceptions message should be displayed in red color within the database icon and should be positioned below the version information.
