Improve identification of database connection in database related exceptions

Current Situation

• If a database error occurs with JOC Cockpit then the exception message is displayed with the JOC Cockpit GUI and with the JOC Cockpit log file.
• However, this does not include the precise identification of the underlying database connection.

Desired Behavior

• Exception messages should include the following information: host, port and name of the database that is affected by the underlying error.
