Counts miss-match in the Pie Chart view of Dashboard's Overview section

Current Situation

• When user checks the status Jobs, Orders and File Transfer from the Dashboard Overview section the count in Pie chart view is different from the Right- panel view

How to reproduce

• Login into JOC Cockpit.
• Click on any Overview from Dashboard.
• The counts in Pie chart view is different from right-panel of view.

Desired Behaviour

• The counts in the Pie Chart view should match with the right-panel view in all the Overview's.

Maintainer Note

• Especially for very fast jobs it can never be completely excluded that the results are different.
