Log View window should not grow in size when using Chrome browser.

    Description

      Current Situation

      • When using a Chrome browser, e.g. 71.0.3578.98, then the Log View window grows in size by one line each time that the Log View window is opened.
      • This behavior is not observed for IE and FireFox browsers.

      Desired Behavior

      • The Log View window should be stable in size and position when using a Chrome browser.
