Vertical scrolling for the Tree View in Resources Tabs is not reliable

Current Situation

Vertical scrolling for the Tree View in the Resources Schedules, Calendars and Documentation tabs does not work reliably. Sometimes it works but often it does not. Scrolling in the other Resources tabs is reliable.

Desired Behaviour

Vertical scrolling behaviour of the tree view when the tree extends outside the browser window should be standardized for all tab views and reliable.
