The first items "Show log" and "Documentation (en)" in the menus "Menu" and "Help|Extras" should work

Current Situation
The first items "Show log" and "Documentation (en)" in the menus "Menu" and "Help|Extras" doesn't work (except for IE).

Desired Behavior
"Show log" should open the log and "Documentation (en)" should open the english documentation.

Workaround

• Use the following urls to get the log:
  • http://<scheduler_host>:<scheduler_port>/show_log?
  • http://<scheduler_host>:<jetty_port>/jobscheduler/engine-cpp/show_log?
• Use the follwing urls to get the englisch documentation:
  • http://<scheduler_host>:<scheduler_port>/scheduler_home/doc/en/reference/index.xml
  • http://<scheduler_host>:<jetty_port>/jobscheduler/operations_gui/scheduler_home/doc/en/reference/index.xml
