Jobs view with "All Job Types" and "Pending" filter combination does not show standalone jobs in status "Pending"

Current Situation

• A user has standalone jobs and job chain jobs in the same folder.
• In the Jobs view when the user clicks on the combination of the quick filters "All Job Types" and "All Jobs" then all the jobs are displayed, e.g. job chain jobs + standalone jobs.
• When the user clicks on the combination of the quick filters "Standalone Jobs" + "Pending" then the standalone jobs with status "Pending" are displayed.
• But when the user clicks on the quick filters "All Job Types" + "Pending" then no jobs are displayed with the status "Pending".

Desired Behavior

• In the Jobs view when a user clicks on the combination of the quick filters "All Job Type" and "Pending" then all the jobs matching the condition should be displayed, e.g. standalone Jobs in pending status.

Maintainer Note

• This effect is a result of a missing databse entry which should be written by the Inventory Plugin of the JobScheduler after a Job is added to the JobScheduler, see JITL-530
