JOC Cockpit hangs when switching to "Job Chain Detail View"

Current Situation

• For a Split and Sync job chain, when the user switches from List view to Detail view using "Show Job Chain Details", JOC Cockpit freezes.
• The view only shows a progress bar and user cannot perform any action. ( See attached screenshot )

How to Reproduce

• Deploy attached job chain 16_SplitAndSync.zip in ./config/live folder
• Add an order to Job chain, once order started executing, click on the Job chain action menu and select "Show Job Chain Details" option.
• Once Details view is loaded, the JOC Cockpit will freeze with a progress bar.

Test Case

• Login to JOC Cockpit.
• Open split and sync job in Job Chain View.
• From action menu click on Show Job Chain Detail.

Negative Test Case

• When Details view is loaded, the JOC Cockpit will hang and user can not perform any action.

Positive Test Case

• When Details view is loaded, the JOC Cockpit will not hang and user can perform any action.

Desired Behavior

• JOC Cockpit should not freeze when user switch from List to Details views
