The Master Cluster Status widget is broken when using a passive cluster with Supervisor

Current Situation

When having a passive cluster and the primary and the backupd JobScheduler is assigned to a Supervisor instance, the widget Master Cluster Status is broken. There is no line from the Supervisor instance to the passive cluster.

Desired Behavior

When having a passive cluster and the primary and the backupd JobScheduler is assigned to a Supervisor instance, the widget Master Cluster Status should show the relation between the Supervisor instance and the members of the passive cluster like it is done when having an active cluster with a Supervisor instance.

Impact

Only the view in the JOC Cockpit is wrong. No operational errors.

Maintainer Note

If the lines are not drawn correctly, check the network configuration and try to ping the hostname of the supervisor on the host where the line to the supervisor is missing.
